    Also the contract link doesn't pop up an email address but a forum to fill out.

    It won't let you. Once your account is ID'ed, it is locked and have to be released from an admin.

    I disconnected the antenna and the noise went away, reconnected and it was back. Using a mag mount Wilson 2000 on the roof.
