yes, and dont forget their only putting like $500.00 a year into the HRA (that's the employer funded "health reimbursement account", that's down from the $1500.00 they use to do....so for you that need a lil help from a girl's perspective...it means once you use up that 500.00, your on your own to pay at 100% until you reach your deductible, after that Cigna pays 80% and you pay 20%, so most family deductibles with the plan are 4000.00 for a family if your family, so now you take 4000.00 minus their pitence of 500.00, so you pay 3500.00 before the Cigna bennys kick in. So now more female thought for you, if you go to another company a new or refresh your mind in reality question to them about their health care plan aught to be..how much do you put in yearly into the HRA or do you even have one!!! okay here is another senario, you go to another company and they have copay type insurance , you know where you pay 25.00 or like 35.00 at the doctor office, and you see no bill after, okay this is well and good, But check and know that if you have to step foot into a hospital for anything (lab work may be the exception) you will note that now you work against that deductible, again they pay 80% you pay 20%, but only after the deductile is met lIke i said above....I just wanted to share with some of you that may not be aware if this. Have a sweet nice day ya"ll
