My nursing duties are over and I'm back to work. Running with a friend that has a trailer like mine. We set them low and so far have only plowed two TS parking lots. Headed to West Virginia IMG_4674.JPG

That's OK - I try to keep the thread relevant to my journey, only for the benefit of others that read it that are contemplating the same arc. I know I have difficulty staying focused beyond 5 paragraphs, so I try to keep things concise too.

But I understand it's a public forum and we're all humans, so it's bound to get a little derailment from time to time. I know we all like to tell our story, but I've learned 2 things - "The older I get, the better I was", and the other is focusing more attention on what you're doing now, and what you're about to do - rather than reminiscing or reflecting, unless it pertains directly to the task at hand.

Don't let 'em get to ya !!

Funny I had almost the same numbers. I only worked three days to get the truck and trailer ready for the winter season.

    67' 6" pipe - hairpins.

Had the 48 stretched to 68 for it.

Just had to try it . . . lots of fun.

If it is just long, but not wide or tall, do you still have to have flags, banners, strobes, etc?

Grijon, Ruthless and blairandgretchen Thank this.

Yes - so don't send this picture to Landstar. I went outlaw -

No, this picture was after I had undresessed it, unstrapped, then pulled forward under the crane. The FoxFire lights , Flags and signs you kindly gifted me are still in use - and @baha 's light is still on the tractor.

Good job. You ready for me to call and see if I can get you one of those new 200ft blade trailers?

Aaaah - - Why not, hook me up. I won't need their fancy trailers - I can stretch this one out and have 120 foot of overhang, right?

    Itsbrokeagain and Terry270 Thank this.
