Every state has labor laws and drivers need too start enforcing them. Any contract that makes you feel forced into signing it in order too obtain employment is NOT legally binding. Which means you must be paid for anything you work even if you dump there truck in a swamp. Afterwards it is up too them too sue you for damages. That is federal labor laws...quit getting scammed from your pay drivers and do some research. It's the bottom feeder drivers that allow this, making it harder for the rest of us.

I'll bet the guys that complained about this company were pulling reefers. I had a couple friends working for them in the tanker division and they loved the job but this was back in 2012.

I'd like to give a big 1 finger salute to whoever the dumb #### redneck was in a P & B truck, driving a blue KWt680 pulling trailer #948. On Saturday, 2/11/2017 around noon, You saw fit to tailgate bumper to bumper @ 70MPH several cars and a bus with 35+ people on it, before passing the bus on a blind hill in what was clearly marked as a no passing zone. I hope driving like a super trucker jabbering on your headset while endangering all those lives was worth the ten or 20 seconds you saved. I'm sorry that 5mph over the limit to begin with wasn't fast enough for you.
This occured on US 281 about 15 miles south of Jamestown, ND.TB John, Lonesome and rabbiporkchop Thank this. -
Any contract entered into unknowingly or unwillingly is automatically null and void.
