Took them long enough. Wondered this in July. Miles going up so they are giving out CPM raises too. Alright whatever.

 

Im in Illinois now, I'll try to get to western Kansas today and drop this Saturday.
I think I'll miss all the snow.

 

I see Crete is giving all National Fleet drivers a 1 Cent raise effective Jan 1st. They still don't get it...raising the governed trks to 68mph would have drawn more drivers in instead of a silly penny raise. CLUELESS AS USUAL !

 

APU's instead of opti-idle would help too.

 

I'd take pre-planning over the increase in mph. Can't count the times I've waited hours for a load that was already ready hours before.

 

A Preplan should be sent before the empty call, otherwise they should have to send out 3 load offers.
62 is so unsafe out here lately. Most middle aged women with a phone to the ear are cruising along at 80. The speed limits are way too high and cops are rare. And the fines are way too low.

I can't believe anyone scoffs at a penny raise. It's at least a $1200 a year raise. I wish we could get to 65 mph though. I wouldn't care if it was any more than that
