I had bad experience with them also. They are ude, never aswer your calls after you sign up with them. Do not work with them. My boss closed down his business because of them. They owed us money and we couldn't receive it. Better just work direct with the brokers not with Factoring companies.

O, you must be talking about how I use the same office as Mr, Redd and 6 other trucking companies based out of Charlotte, NC. There are countless other companies doing the same thing in the same complex. Sorry we are not all millionaries and have our own operations office.... I personally am located outside Morrisville and share an office with a few other trucking companies in Charlotte, NC to save some money on office expensiveness. I bet there are 100 other companies using the same internet source in Charlotte as well! I wish I had seen that you were slandering our name sooner. Do some research before you make accusations. If anyone would like to test my (C. Beard) or Mr. Redd's authenticity you can send an email to [email protected] or [email protected].
Be careful truckers, people are quick to jump to conclusions. I am not telling you who to go with or not go with but if you are in need of factoring it is worth shopping around and getting a quote from Financial Carrier Services. No factoring company has been great but if you are going to factor you might as well do for as cheap as possible. Stay safe out there. -

Speaking of research...you can't see slander.
Also- Matters of fact, one's own opinion, or "personal experience" as stated above don't meet the malice test.
Oh look- now you can check my authenticity at [email protected] too. weird???? -
You're right. It was a heated comment. Feel free to research on your own. Which is the point of my post. Not every company is a fit for every driver.
Just tired of drivers being ripped off. The industry is hard enough without having companies try to take advantage of me. Just don't get locked in a contract and shop around for the best rate before you decide. That goes for everything in the industry: Factoring, Financing, Equipment, ect... -
Mr. BeardTrucking, I'm having trouble finding any records associated with your company. What's your MC number? And ReddTruckings MC number? You can private message me if you don't want that information posted on the forum.
Cetane+ Thanks this. -
My lawyer did some digging and Alex Kelis is not a real person. Since "she" signed my contract, it was never executed by a real person which means I am not bound to it becuase FCS never had a real person accept for them. My lawyer says they are crooks and I will keep ignoring them and their shady "contract" until they're dumb enough to take me to court for it and then I will countersue them. I would suggest you all to hire an attorney and then ask them to produce Alex if they are causing you trouble. They won't be able to and that means their contract is voided, according to my lawyer anyway. Don't know about where any of you are from.
