Just kidding. (Actually, that might be my next avatar after the holidays) I have eased up on my involvement over there...and it seems to have calmed the tensions a bit.

And @tucker wasn't as far over the line as my posts were, and they've allowed me to stay. I think he's just taking a break and chilling a bit...unless, he finally had enough of the Creten life and is on vacation waiting for orientation with his next company...after all, this might represent his attitude towards the loads he was often getting

 

I've had so many posts get deleted actually got a status demotion.
I think I'm on super double probation.

 

I think it's time we talk about the real possibility that tucker was an embedded Crete office employee and with the changing of the guard at Crete headquarters they just pulled the plug on the whole operation. Think about, if you did it you'd have to create a guy who was anti-Crete but still a happy, go lucky road warrior just chillin' and giving the finger to the man the whole time. Who wouldn't want to join up with that guy. When he snapped, you know it scared them and they couldn't take the chance.

 

And the conspiracy theories begin...

 

Nah, he had at one point posted his truck number, but removed it. Besides, I was much more harsh on the management when I was a driver there...and they knew who I was...and I went way past the point of acceptable conduct a few times(I see a pattern here)...but still after I quit, they kept calling me wanting me back. If they put up with me...they'd put up with him no matter what department he worked in. I mean, Tonn recognized me in the drivers room in Columbus during one of his company trips (to see Nebraska get beat by OSU).

 

Maybe he's counting votes with Jill Stein

 

I never snapped,
one of my last posts warned drivers what to expect if they chose to work at a certain company.
I still don't see a problem with that post.
If anything, the douche that owns Magnum would read my post, see the problem and correct it.
But instead he saw his employees attacking me and realized he had a bunch of stupid loyal drivers he could screw any which way he wants.
I've had 2 different slow Magnum trucks pass me since I quit posting, I didn't slow down and it was brutal as they crawled past.

I'm good and well, having adventures, reading and watching great movies, and I just got the latest season of The Middle.
November seemed like I ran a lot of miles. Long loads. A light snow on Donners Pass, waiting for the road to open in Wyoming due to a light snow, good times.
This is about the only thread I follow on this sight now, unless I'm tagged in a post,
And I'd like to see the other Crete drivers post more about their experiences on here,

To be honest, this owner is no different than most trucking company owners. Bottom line profit drives them all. If they're money and profit margins are in jeopardy, their style of living doesn't change, their employee's style of living does...it's how they spin and manipulate their employees to believe it's for the employee's benefit that keeps them rich...just like a cult leadership structure. My feelings on that comparison has not changed...and it will be that way until long after I have moved on.
