Waiting on that Christmas surprise! Estimated at a little over $4,500 in the notice. I did get one from another company already so it shouldn't be too much longer.

just an FYI...I head that the settlement was reached, however one or two of the SNI workers stated they believed they deserved more of a settlement, so now its being delayed on when we get our checks. I was really hoping to get it before Christmas to help out but its not looking like it will happen this year. From what I've read, the SNI workers who complained about the settlement not being enough money have a pretty good history of filing Class Action lawsuits, and then doing just this (delaying the process due to them wanting more money when they eventually win the settlement). The attorneys are doing some kind of work to bypass these one or two SNI idiots that are keeping the rest of us from getting our $$. Hope to see a check sometime around when I get my IRS tax return

Some time after the first of the year would be good for me. Goes on next years income for taxes.

Got my check in the mail last night. $801.19. I only worked 3 months for Schneider.

Sweet. I'll be expecting mine shortly....
Roll on....HotH2o Thanks this. -
No check yet so I called the attorney's office. Nobody has been sent a check! One driver appealed the decision so dispersement of funds is on hold. They are hopeful that a new agreement can be reached within the next 60 days.
Your check must not be case related.

It cleared the bank. That's all I care about.

Good news, the objection was dismissed as frivolous so settlement is proceeding. No firm date but is estimated at two months for disbursement.
TAdriverdriver, TennMan and HotH2o Thank this. -
More good news! Checks are being mailed out today and should arrive shortly. They are valid for 180 days.
TAdriverdriver and sadwar Thank this. -
I applied for a regional driver job out of Ontario. The new pay is a dismal 28 cpm, and $11 an hour for hook, pretrip, and anything else, except breaks. There are now 2 seperate 30 minute breaks, and a whopping $13 to cover both. No thanks.
