Dude you should be able to get that with a 6 pt wrench. It's not rounded bad at all

 

A shorter king pin setting gives you more room between the truck and trailer.

 

tried even put heat on it.. Won't help at all
Can't get the Balancer off though

 

Thought you said you had the Balancer off?

 

Looks like some heat, a good 6 pt wrench (not Chinese junk) and a hammer to tap on it should break that loose.

 

I think heat it , let it cool heat it again and then try it.

 

Exactly why I couldn't pull a van with the rack on.

 

I hate sitting till the 10 is up, just to drive all night.

 

Lol i ment Bolts:/ i had to order couple new bolts for them. all the bolts are off trying to Pry it off without damaging the timing cover:/

 

Uh i thought about that but after reading it says Not to heat that area up.
