Did the owner not know who was in possession of the vehicle at the time of filing?
-
Nah...you can't do that. LOL...(i sure hope he didn't)???
Take the MOFO load back to where he started, call the company and tell them you ain't moving the ##### thing until its legal. Then force them to TEXT you back with the message "proceed anyway." THEN head over to the nearest scale house and show them the text messages. ....LOL. -

-The employer owed him back pay. Several weeks behind according to OP. Pay for what? Driving? Or something else?
-He was ON DUTY for 12 hours and took 10 off. What exactly were you doing during this 12 hours ONDUTY? During this time off, all hell broke loose. I find myself finding this hard to believe that all of this started during a 10 hour break between Nov 27 and 28. Sir, you are not telling us the truth. OR you are leaving out some important info...why? You have to have built up a history at Brewer for them to go this far. What happened between you and Brewer BEFORE 11/27/16?thejackal, pattyj, tman78 and 1 other person Thank this. -

This sour relationship between him and his boss had to have escalated with time untill finally all hell broke loose.OP should have quit once everything started going bad and not answering the many textes was stupid on his part.My former boss showed up at the receiver and fired me there and took me to the next town and dumped me there in below zero temps and a lot of snow. The thing is I was going to take his trk back to the yard after I got unloaded and a friend of mine was going to take me home,he was an O/O for the same company and he's the one that talked me into sueing my boss.
