Not an uncommon request. As long as the shipper is paying for the service, happy to do it, and get a wash out of the deal.

we have one customer that all loads from October to march are to be washed before delivery. they pay the bill for the wash, plus I get paid to get it washed. so who am I to argue that requirment.

 

Oh that's a different story , these people wanted me to pay for it lol
