The problem with WAZE, has no idea what low overhead is, can't take into account what your weight is, length to kingpin, nor what routes may be restricted. It also depends on users inputting data, and if no one is, it is just a car navigation app that knows nothing about trucks.

On the flip side, it doesn't hurt to run in the background. As far as people inputting data, I've been in the middle of nowhere at 2A.M. and it has alerted me to roadkill!! Millions of people use it! Also, I drive the same #### road day in day out so I know the bridges and limits, etc.

Haha... If it had been from the other seat you would have called out for using the phone while driving.
I took the hit for the humor.street beater Thanks this. -
90% of Cbs stay off because truck drivers are a bunch of disgusting fools to talk to. All they do is make you look like an idjit when you have to take your 200$ antenna off to get a wash.

TequilaSunrise Thanks this. -
Nothing helps more than visual on the actual road with mirror checks.
Even though Waze has the audio function, users can put any dumb thing on there. Truckers traveling in the opposite direction can give you the run down on a CB quicker.SingingWolf Thanks this. -
There is such a thing as being too connected.
Except when it comes to being connected with your 6+ senses to the environment around you in the physical way.
Forget about apps while driving.
Keep your senses ON THE ROAD!!!Dan.S and SingingWolf Thank this. -
