Yes, and I own my home outright, and owe no one. I have been fortunate up to this point.

As for your income, it is only yours, and if you are married, yours and who you are married to. They didn't ask me about rent, utilities, etc.

Ok thank you then. I'm trying to finish up the process with kllm and if that goes through before my college does then I'll do kllms training. Just gotta get my high school transcript and act scores into the college since the driving academy is accredited through hinds community college in Jackson

I'd interpret family income as you and any spouse, or if you are living with parents what do they earn. If you are single & not living with parents family income is your income, IMO.

I did get a pre hire letter from watkins and shepard. Also talked to the win job center and they said just use my income. So now it's down to local training or kllm

I know Watkins and Shepherd is highly regarded, with a fast track training program for recent CDL graduates.

Of course if all else ill go with whichever of the two open up first. I just don't like that kllm doesn't allow inverters and the freightliners have a 5 min idle shut off

I'd recommend the local training, especially if the win job center comes through with grants to offset costs. CDL training at Meridian CC will most likely be better, and you won't be stuck at a particular company paying back a loan for your CDL.

Yes but if the grant was to be denied I have no way of paying

Understandable. That's why I said "if". ;) Still, definitely worth looking into all possible options (and it seems you are) in order to give yourself the best outcome. Wish you all the best in your search.
