Have a delivery at Bombay Bazaar grocery store in Orlando off Orange Blossom Trail monday and wonder if anybody has delivered here before. I'm scoping it out on Google Earth and see no Bay door and looks really tight. Guessing they are going to have me put pallets at the rear and use a forklift to take em down. Going to call them and ask what the routine is but wanted to get a heads up from somebody that's been here before.

Looking at Google earth it appears there is a dock in the southeast corner of the building. No dock door but a space to back into. Like you said, probably move the pallet to te rear and they take it off with a small forklift, or manually take it one box at a time.
How many pallets/weight comes off there? -
Yeah I saw that, but i might back into lot next to it cause I don't think that space is long enough for me to back into without completely blocking the access road. Plus I can see forklift tread marks in that area. It's only 6 pallets 6,000lbs. Gonna have to back into one of the two lots to get out for sure.

Update: Just in case anyone else looks this place up on here....
I got there at 08:30 and glad I did cause I beat some customers parking in the lot that I had to back into. Would've made it alot harder if cars where in my way. It wasn't as hard as I thought but had just enough room to swing in then using the lot across to straighten out.
The owner showed up right at 10am when they opened. He had about 6 Mexicans show up to unload box by box onto a cart to push into the back door of the kitchen. An O/O showed up around 9:30 and he had to park in the alley since I was in the back lot. He only had 1 pallet and had 11 stops after that so I let him go first. But he had to back off Orange blossom trail!! He's done it before and knows how to approach and wait for the right time to swing in oncoming traffic to back in! NYC Tactics!!! Unload took about 45 min but pretty fast for unloading by hand. But that's where u want to get set up is the back parking area behind the store! Asked the owner and he said he doesn't allow the gates to the lot to be closed at night. So overnight parking is allowed if u wanted to.
Google Earth explains all! -
Glad things worked out well. Trying to deliver in some of these rathole little places can be challenging.
