    Home for a 34 now and am told I will have a ny or nj load to run for the weekend but as of now nobody knows anything.
    Sure hope so ! Cause as of Thursday afternoon I'm at 1256 paid miles since last Sunday morning.
    In greater Os defence tho all the meat haulers I know are slow now and even an ltl pal of mine that runs a dock is sweeping the floor by 2 in the afternoon.

    Well well ....I called in for dispatch this morning and found out that 180 people in the plant took the day off yesterday to protest Trump's immigration policy .
    Things are a little behind .

    I'm dealing with repercussions of that ######## right now. My delivery got rescheduled because the mexican snowflakes, at the place I was supposed to deliver, walked out. So now they'll have two days worth of trucks to unload today and I'll probably be stuck in the Communist Republic of Oregon until Monday.

    I'm not sure what they intended to accomplish, other than insuring that I now hate all brown people.

    Not likely, the place where I am delivering is probably hispanic-owned. The city is 51% hispanic.

    Still in Denver area, after I delivered yesterday night I'm resetting my hrs, had only about 5 hrs for today. Heading back to Omaha tomorrow, will see what I'll get then.

    No rush tom , I went down today to pick up my pay stub about 230 my time and ya couldn't hardly get another bobtail crammed in the yard .

    Most Fridays it looks like this, many drivers come in on Thursday and Friday to take days off and the yard is full.
    When I came to the yard last Friday night, I was glad I found exactly one spot left for my truck :)
    You hardly could turn with the trailer at the end of the yard, and most trailers were loaded to pickup on the weekend. I often had to park at a trailer spot, no bobtail spots were available.

    Thanks to the 189 yahoos that didn't work Thursday I didn't get out of the plant until 230 yesterday afternoon so my nyc drops are going to be late ...hoping to get one drop off Monday afternoon .
