Oh it KILLED it by more then 1 mpg and if I have to slide the 5th wheel back I lose another mpg or more.

 

Interesting, I figured it might've been better with the curtain on, kinda like can sides. Lol

 

Has anyone ever had any dealings with CAG Truck Capital.

 

I spec'ed the truck to pull a flat not a van. My top is only 12' 6" high and I don't have the aero fairings on it. So with the way WS cab is I have 6"-1' of surface area on the sides and top. That's a lot of drag. Add to it the 5+' gap and well you get it. If I had put the fairings on this to pull a van I would have been better off. But I was pulling flat when I ordered it.

 

Man the load board is all jacked today. Not matching me to conastoga loads on the new board but matching me on the old board. Not showing loads you have been accepted on on either board. Showing some loads on new and some on old but not all on both. I almost lost a $7.50 load because I tried to use the new board today. Every time I try and use it this happens. I don't work the boards like I use to. If I did I would already be gone. The IT dept needs to get their act together.

 

I looked at the new board for the first time today. Wow. I REALLY don't want to reinstate my authority but i may have to if they don't fix it.

You leasing on any trucks? Lol. If you guys are unhappy with it then I may delay my transition until we see what happens with the new board. I'd be pretty upset if I was in @CJndaTruck's shoes & almost lost that really good load.

 

Well first day out on the road with Mercer today. I ticked off a whopping 177 miles today and have 400 left for the weekend!
Now I can organize all my stuff in the boxes and clean all this paperwork up.

 

I have full faith that they will fix the tech issues. Don't let that deter you. Even with the tech glitch i am booked solid through the end of next week on pure gravy. Well, my load out of florida to the good stuff isn't gravy. 1.60 but it's better than dhing the 900 miles to the gravy like i planned on.

But if you insist, my dot# is 10%. Plus costs. And you get paid when i get paid. Like i said, i really dont want to reactivate it, but I'm not gonna turn down 10% to shuffle some papers either.
