whats with the panties

Amen, brother.

 

His handle was Bam Bam and for years you could hear him all over the united states with that huge amplifier,day and night. It was always on and about every few minutes you would hear...i got my night gown on,i got my pretty pink panties on and i'm a ready to go to bed.There were not many truckers who had enough radio to get out over him. I did catch him talking to the locals one night about how no one could get over his radio and i hammered him hard with a big Dave Made i had at the time but the only thing that did was make him made and he started up on ch 19 again. The way i heard from a local was....Bam got nailed by the FCC with a $10.000 fine but he started back.Then he got nailed once again and the FCC made him take every piece of radio equipment out of his home and smash it with a sledge hammer.But yet again he started up but this time he was shot and killed and as far as i know (if the story is true) they never did find out who it was that killed him.

This was also the time when you could hear the two guys out of El Paso calling for drivers who wanted to go across the boarder all over the US. Whippoorwill in WVA was not nearly as strong but he did his best to anger as many truckers as he could but he has long since died.

 

I can't seem to find anything in the internet that would show if Klaus D. Kramer, a.k.a. "Bamm Bamm", was really murdered. I was able to obtain he holds a general amateur license. KA5NUP. It was last renewed in 2007.

 

I see this is an old thread. But I'm not sure why people get so butthurt over people having fun on the radio. Have a sense of humor drivers and play along, maybe you won't be so miserable out there on the road.
