I'm starting school with them Monday...horror stories and all, lol.

 

School is your typical cdl mill. Then you go out with a "trainer"(6 months exp min) but they run you as team from day 1. Expect your trainer to be sleeping whenever you are on the interstate or highway outside major citys.

You will get very minimal backing practice if any at all.

After that you go to phase two and team with someone who has 2-5 months experience since phase two team leads automaticly become trainers at 6 months.

Then you can be waiting for months for a solo postion since you have to join a waiting list for one of the many solo postions ( you can choose 5 at any one time). All postions require at least 3 months

 

You're talking specifically about CRE, right?
