The FairTax is the only thing I agree with him on, but then some of his advice cost me some money in the past, so I ignored everything else.

I asked Bruce about the 2nd stage oil filter. I believe it's OPS. Not necessary. Also you should change your oil. Also the Fleet foam filters are a waste and don't work that well. I can go on. Even the FASS isn't necessary. Another medicine show product.

Kevin is a business man and can't fault him for that. If he makes a buck trying to convince he is smarter than world class doctors and nutritionist because he wants to sell people sulfuric acid tablets and fermented meat to munch....more power to him.

I can say he is spot on accurate about the fleece purchase pretend owner operators. On that note they should listen to him about that.....and doing the hard work.

Bruce sold me my first bypass filter back in 1995. He also stocks foam filters and the fass system. Are any of them necessary? Of course not. But they do exactly what they claim to do. Obviously not as well in the real world as in controlled testing, but that didn't mean there is no benefit.

Bruce is old school at heart. I can tell him that k&n makes a oil filter that filters 10x better and he'll still recommend using oem.

He thinks eco pur aren't necessary because he prefers spinner 2. It's preference, not reason that makes him say that. I'll tell you this, in my cat with 70psi oil pressure, a spinner works great but in my 871 isx with 35 psi..... it's useless!

of course carriers should care what brokers got. It's lawful to even know what the broker got through the FMCSA. As well you sound like a broker, actually i know you are by the way you speak.

Spinner X2 on a cat!!!!! nothing sounds better than a cat when you start it and nothing sounds better than a spinner when you shut it off.

However, my truck is over 900k now. ISX Cummins 400hp. Do I need to change the harmonic balancer or not? Nothing's shaking.
