If I were you I would be pissed at them. I would get so mad I would go out and find a better company. So flamed I would find a company that treats me like a person. And just to really show them, I would make a lot more money too!

By this last statement, I'm assuming you came on here thinking someone would say "SUE THEM!".

Typical of big companies. They will give that "this isn't meant to punish you but to protect you." Its a line of bs. Swift only cares about ditching people when they have some experience and replacing them with fresh meat out of their POS school. There are still smaller, better companies out there who actually seek and want to keep experienced drivers. Give Swift a well deserved middle finger and get into somewhere better.
