They used to be pretty decent years ago. But that changed about 10 years ago or so and now they are no different than any other big box carrier.

Let's see worked for them twice.first time pretty good. Second time sucked 5 out 7 paychecks messed up by payroll, which acted like they didn't care. Now owned by a capital management company.

If its a good company what's the rate they pay? Last i heard they was forcing everyone from percentage to mileage. 90 cpm plus some piddly wink fsc. That was over 5 years ago tho so maybe it's changed.

LMB can answer O/O lease questions, I started back in May and got onto Tropicana dedicated. They had alot of changes in the past year but I think everything is settled now. I'm going to buy a truck soon and I'm very happy with my manager and the dedicated account I'm under! For company, trucks are new 2017 frightliners auto with Opti Idle. If u don't like Opti idle then find a company with apu's. I'm still getting used to it but managing. I average 2800-3000 miles a week and get home every two to three weeks. So far in the year I've been driving they've gotten me back home when I want.

LMB, the percentage or mileage is ONLY if your truck is paid off. If your doing LP, it's mileage pay.
