This 2014 Cascadia with the crappy APU (slightly bigger than an old VCR on the back of the cab, all electric) is suddenly only blowing outside temp air, only in the two bunk vents. Engine running the dash A/C is nice and cold, but the bunks are blowing ambient temp air. Engine off and "Park" (APU) button enabled, still ambient air. Some possible weirdness: I've been idling to sleep, obviously, and with the engine running, A/C blasting the dash, turning the bunk fan speed switch on, then off, somehow shuts down the A/C button on the dash temp knob, while air still flows from dash vents. Any help is appreciated, and I'm almost certain it's related to ####ty equipment.

I'm confused. Is this FartSmart, I mean, ParkSmart, or an actual APU?

The Blower Motor switch in the sleeper can override the front blowing setting in the front cab when turned. Also im having the same problem. Everything works fine but doesnt blow cold air. One point I had my mechanic inject a pound of freon in the system that only lasted a month.

Not sure about ParkSmart. The unit on the back is about 15" high, 20" wide, and has those two 8" 'wings' coming off the top left and right. I see 'em everywhere

I knew it was a crappy unit. But shouldn't the regular dash A/C be sending cold air back there when idling?
