    Color? I'm not sure exactly (month or quarter maybe). Number is last digit of the year it was issued. They typically come with a clean Level 1 inspection in participating states, by authorized Commercial Motor Vehicle cops.

    They help CMV cops visually recognize trucks/trailers that have somewhat recently been inspected, top to bottom, so as to maybe reduce repeat inspections close together.

    Colors are for the quarter in which you got inspection and the number is the year for instance 7 is 2017

    They change colors every quarter. First month of the quarter you get whole sticker. Second month sticker has one top quarter missing. Last quarter has both top corners gone. The dot can tell at a glance when you were inspected.

    Green, yellow, orange and white for each quarter of the year. Number is the last digit of the year.

    Full sticker is the first month of the quarter. One corner gone is the second and two gone is the third.

    Lol Im Boris from Chicago, Id like a box of each of these stickers. I put stickers on my Volvo and I run Chicago to LA in 2 days. DOT dont bother me now.

    I know a guy that would switch those stickers around on different trucks. I don't think he's in business now. All his trucks & trailers were junk.

    They should really reverse the order of the missing corners. If you get a full sticker, you can take the corners off later and get a couple extra months of milage out of it. Little harder to put corners back on
