Acetylene torch. Get it cherry red then use the hammer. Unfortunately this sounds like a customers trailer and i doubt pete has a cutting torch in his sidebox.

 

Another reason to stay away from those power only loads.

 

its a lease trailer. i'd say this i was about to say #### it and leave that load sitting there after fighting with EVERY winch lmao. I got a small torch that i use on patching tarps.
