I've been running good...had a load from Goodman to Edison NJ that I was 45 min short on my 70, but they rescheduled instead of swapping, now headed to the Columbia SC area from the same NJ neighborhood. 1st load was a drop/hook, this load was a live load, but was loaded nose to tail in less than a 30 min break, and is suppose to be a drop/hook at the delivery end. If all stays the way it's been most of this week/month, I should turn 12k+ paid miles this month. A week from Sunday is my 2 month mark and I should have over 24k on the odometer by then. I can't say they don't have the miles, even with all the frustrating load swapping.

It's good to see the crusty SSB disappear again. Hopefully things keep going well.

pods is OTR. and in most area's they do not have yards. So I would assume that they bring the truck home. I know there was an Orlando pods driver at orientation when I was there, and he was bringing the truck home.

Actually, it's Blythewood, north of Columbia...I just couldn't remember the name and I wasn't in the truck when I posted.

We'll see...it is the weekend coming up, and I am preplanned thru Monday....plenty of time for them to void me off and reassign another load a few times.

*update...spoke too soon, not 10 minutes after I posted the 1st part of this...preplan cancelled...my DM must have gone home for the day, so 2nd shift will start jerking me around...hope they realize that I am within 1 fillup from the house.

I've picked up in Blythewood a few times. Nothing around it as far as truckstops go. Closest decent on is that Pilot up around the 45 or so.
