They are going back to 7-9 and 4-6 if running with escort.

Good article on how they got it changed

The Tennessee legislature passed a law in 2016 that aimed to restrict trucks with oversized loads from being caught in traffic on interstates in major metropolitan areas.

Was wondering how much it cost to get him to "admit" they made a mistake with the first law myself.

Politicians don't come cheap & getting one to say they were wrong has got to be expensive.

Since the old curfew took effect, I know Nashville didn't enforce it for loads without escort.

To abide by the old curfew, the several large crane companies around would either have to pay OT to have their cranes leave the yard super early or have to wait unit 9am to leave for a job. Coming back to the yard in the afternoon also was a problem. The crane companies just went on with business as usual and nobody said anything. At least with the change they are legal.

He tried to. Gave his boss a notice and the boss to him to shove that notice, and get back to work. Evil boss that one.
