    It's called a "trailer interchange agreement" in the industry.
    Landstar requires a separate agreement as such for their approved Carriers to pull their trailers... As most legitimate brokers do.

    Yes, and I suggest when you get haz/mat go ahead and get your tanker endorsement. Some of these haz/mat loads require it. (Bulk liquid totes) Some of these loads pay very well....

    Combination doesn't mean trailer combo aka class A with doubles/triples in this instance.
    Tanker is N. Hazmat and tanker is X. So you have to have a hazmat or hazmat and tanker.

    I'm actually a wrong for this company you do need to have Hazmat.

    Just renewed my contract at LS this past week (gets done every 3 years); they have now added a hair test to the drug testing program. Glad they are stepping up the scrutiny.

    When did you sign your contract?. Its new, so when you come up for renewal it will be added. Cant enforce it if you havent signed the new contract im guessing.

    I think that is implied new contracts have it in there.

    By the way I've got an addendum, not a new contract.
