Magnum ltd - fargo, nd

Did he specifically say it to you, with knowledge of your starting rate? Is it possible he was talking to the group and assuming everyone was starting at a lower rate? As far as i know, the only way to increase your floor is with experience with magnum.

Edit: its possible I'm wrong. Nick has been around much longer than me and he works directly with Chad. So maybe i misunderstood how it works. I would seek clarification.

 

Well he didn't actually say it directly to me but he said it to all of us that we won't drop below our starting ppm. So I'm just assuming that meant everyone in general...

 

Oh yea have I been mislead on that issue?

 

After training I started .36cpm. I started performance pay at .41cpm. I had cpm go down to 40cpm due to performance (low miles/lots home time by choice) for a several months. At around my 2yr anniversary I got bumped up to 42.cpm out of the blue still running like an old retiree. I believe .42cpm is my base...

 

End the speculation and call Tony.....
