The West Virginia Washboard as it was called. A three lane section to pass on every so often, the tunnel at the top of the mountain just south of Charleston. You would come out of the tunnel heading south and go from being surrounded by walls to an open bridge that looked like if you ran off it, you would starve to death before hitting bottom.

Well my first Hazmat load with Mercer caught the eye of the Missouri DOT today. Pulled me over for a level 2 roadside Everything checked good though Now the shipper pounded those piece of wood down in the stake pockets, I wonder if I'm going to be cursing up a storm trying to get em out?

1st full week with Mercer in the books. $4,200 on 2,200 hub miles. Left the house on Monday morning, home Saturday morning. Longest time between paperwork and pay was 4 hours. I'm satisfied with that.
It kinda seems like the community on TTR is not what it was 2 years ago when I started reading this monster of a thread, but y'all were instrumental in helping me to decide to come to Mercer. So thank you for your help. Looking forward to meeting some of you guys soon.Airborne, Chickadee, CJndaTruck and 3 others Thank this. -
