It's called a "trailer interchange agreement" in the industry.
Landstar requires a separate agreement as such for their approved Carriers to pull their trailers... As most legitimate brokers do.

Just renewed my contract at LS this past week (gets done every 3 years); they have now added a hair test to the drug testing program. Glad they are stepping up the scrutiny.

When did you sign your contract?. Its new, so when you come up for renewal it will be added. Cant enforce it if you havent signed the new contract im guessing.
