I'm at J in Walton, KY, relaxing when I am jolted forward.
####! Somebody just backed into me.

I put my boots back on and went to the back of the trailer to see if everything's fine.
    It is.

Except the behavior of the culprit. He didn't get out to check things out.
He just pulled away, toward the exit.
Never saw his truck and the trailer doors and sides were blank.

I may not know you driver, but I do know you're an A-Hole.

I met a similar a-hole in Pilot in Erie, PA. Went in for a sub, and found my bumper at a 90 degree angle when I came back...

Happened to me at a rest area in I-81 in VA....had to follow him for 20 miles while on the phone with the police just to hear the cop say he couldn't write a report. The damage had to be more than $2,000.00. At the time I was half asleep and didn't notice the inside of the hood was all cracked, you could only see the grill dented and some scratches where the hood sits. Wasn't my truck, I'm just a driver but sure was pissed at the NJ driver who kept saying he didn't feel anything when backing up.....yeah right, I was sleeping and woke up in the floor.

It's even better when a should-be a swifty rolls back into the front of your truck while your horn is blaring and there's nowhere to escape it in broad daylight... :biggrin_2555:

I know the a-hole has been to the TA in Willington, CT recently. Somebody whacked my fender while I was in the shower and took off. Must have been a ghost, cuz nobody saw nuthin.

Does anyone GOAL, or do they just park by sonar?

SONAR- LOL! I think they park by 'feel' , as in ' I'm not parked yet- because I haven't felt an impact yet!

I'm at the truck stop in Cannonsburg and got awakened half hour (2AM) ago by a "sonar" guy.
He didn't stick around to see the damage he did to my passenger side mirror and mount.
    Thank you A-Hole!

A 2AM, I thought he only bent the main mirror mount and the lens for the marker light on the mirror.

Then when I started driving, I discovered it was a little worse than I thought.
By bending the main bracket, it push the cross-brace at the top that goes to the middle of the door frame above the window.
That in turn, bend the top part of the door frame.
The top front corner is where it is supposed to be but the back corner is pushed outward by almost an inch.
And I cant roll up the window all the way up anymore.
Got a nice little breeze now.
    Again, thanks a lot A-Hole.
