Saia is TRYING to hire like crazy in Indy.

A guy I know went there thinking it was gonna be his ticket. Came back a week later.

That company castrated the trucks and decided that wasn't enough, now they're after their drivers balls too lol

Don't know what I'm doing wrong, or who I did wrong, but Estes just isn't giving me the time of day. The recruiter for the area never answers her phone and my applications for the Aurora terminal, and pretty much any other terminals, just keep getting me the dreaded/stress inducing, canned rejection email to apply for another position.
Not trying to sound desperate, but the food-grade tanker work in this area is the pitts and I need to step it up. Wasn't willing to give up the area or certain days off at first, but now I'm willing to pull out all the stops and whatnot.

If you go to Saia, good luck you will need it.

Any other helpful advice apart from superstitious "luck"? I'm well aware of the micro-managing that Saia conducts and if I could avoid it via "a certain somebody to contact" at Estes, then I'm all for it.

No ill-will intended. I just think things like luck and wishing it upon someone is akin to a placebo or a touristy dreamcatcher.
