Lastest guidance as of Thursday afternoon is calling for a track that is worse than bad news for Miami and the entire Florida peninsula. But if it comes ashore at/near Biscayne Bay, the storm surge and wind storm area will be devastating to the point ... well I won't go there except to say this combined with SE Texas devastation may be the economic collapse trigger of the house of cards that we've been worried about the last 3 years
