The biggest chunk of false gold man has invented. Actually the 2nd biggest. Auto lifts rank number 1.

Actually , they aren't really that bad.

If you do the saddles and get the technique down , make arrangements for the wreckers if needed it's not so bad.

And the lifts out of Madison are a different animal than the Louisville lifts.

When the Louisville ones get rough is if they are loaded where you can't lift tarps up on side and unload instead of taking them off. I have done all three , not the worst by any means. But that's me , I just don't mind multi pickup or drop.

It isn't about minding multi pick and drops. It's about more picks or drops being added after the fact. A simple 2 or 3 day run can turn into a full week while the rate only changes insignificant.

That happens mostly at the Louisville lifts, you may start with 4 and end up with 8, the madison ones stay fairly consistent in the ones I have done,. The saddles increase if you don't have 12 kw to chillicothe or 18 to Cleveland, NC or Texas. The miles increase and stop pay does. People just need to be aware , good point you made on that. They usually say that in notes on the Louisville and saddle loads.

By the way , just saw Irma shifted to go up west coast of fla. It was slated earlier for the eye to pass over my place in GA at 90 mph winds ,. Are you staying in place or evacuating? Is that accurate? Haven't been able to see weather channel.

I got family who have evacuated to my place off i16, I am in Louisville, but my sons , brother in law , and son in law have horse trailer ready dog crates etc ready , 120 gallons of gas, generators etc and prepared to bug out to other relatives further inland and higher ground. Hope you or anyone else , in the path possibly like frt60 make it thru with minimal problems if any.

Anything under a 3 is basically an afternoon shower. I don't even start caring till they say a 3. Latest track projection this morning, follow the west coast skittering on the edge then make a right turn and hit land right at my front door. Will be a 4, possibly a 5 at that point. Almost exactly like Charlie did. Hope it's not 6 weeks without power this time. That sucked.
