Good luck you to all who live in the path of the storm. I seen on the news that some stores are charging $30 for a case of water... That's nuts... Hopefully you guys keep plenty on hand... I couldn't imagine 6 weeks without power, we loose it for a couple hours and get all worked up about it...

I don't know why I take loads out of Norman anymore lol. Place seems to be getting worse and worse

 

I thought if I find a load on another load board and call a Mercer agent that if he calls and gets the load I will get dispatched on it? I called this agent in Southern California asking him if he could get me a particular load from a load board and he tells me he can but then it has to get put on Mercers board so I'm not guaranteed to get that load? That makes no sense to me?

 

Use a different agent.

Ya we got lucky here. It hit land 100 miles farther south in Naples which caused it to shift and weaken. Very little damage here, down power lines and trees but nothing major. Basically just a big mess to clean up. those folks down south probably wish it had hit us instead. they got hammered nearly as bad as the keys did.
