Prime Lease-Operator: Questions

Just talked to a recruiter for Prime and I have another driver contact I met in the middle of the night in a drop yard in WI, so no reason to believe he'd have any reason to blow smoke about Prime. They both say Prime pays 72% (ish... forgot the actual percentage) of the load gross plus fuel surcharge, I can have "up to three heartbeats" in the truck at any time, including children of ANY age and/or a pet. The lease is no money down, no credit check, and I can walk away at any time with no repercussions. My friend said he makes between $1100 and $1600 avg net every week with a few weeks hitting over $2000.

I have a business degree with a concentration in accounting and I am aware of the financial picture leasing represents. I'm thinking about doing his for a few reasons:

1) I am a big family man and I want my kids with me on the road. We homeschool, so that would be awesome experience for them. Plus I have three kids under 5, which is the minimum age the next most lenient company will let me take kids (Crete). As a Prime lessee, I can take all of my kids with me NOW.

2) I don't mind making the high payments on the leased truck because I would still be making more than I could make as a company driver, and I would be in a more comfortable situation in the truck with my kids. Plus, if I do lease until I owned the truck, I will not have paid anymore for it than I would have if I took bank financing--considering interest. Bottom line is: more weekly income, potential to have equity in the truck I own, none of the downside risk of damage to my credit or financial standing, and if I never own the truck, i'm not "losing" as much as "gaining, just not as much as I could if I pay $50,000 for a used truck and paid it off in two years." My long-term plan is to BUY a truck, pay it off, buy another one with cash, and grow my fleet that way. Higher weekly income will help me get there faster.

I don't mind if anybody wants to debate the soundness of my financial plan, but my real questions are these:

Can anybody who is currently leasing with Prime verify whether their leasing deal with is really what the recruiter and my friend say it is as laid out above--right NOW?

Is Prime one of the worst companies to work for? I already work for one of them, so as long as I'm taking a step up, I can work for "not the best" if I'm really going to get the benefits I think I'm going to get.

Right now I have health insurance through the National Guard. Eventually, I would like to get out of the guard, so at some point my income would be covering health insurance.
