you might want to leave a bit earlier than 0600hrs to avoid the traffic.

The one time I was out there, delievered in San Bernadino, wasn't too bad, but that is not really downtown L.A. I would leave at 0600 like the previous poster said. Get to the drop before all the traffic hits.

It's like NYC. There was a point I was crossing the GW every other day. Ran it at about 0300 and no traffic. Hit it once at 0700 and another at 1300. Both times stand still traffic.

If you leave at 8 you'll and be in East LA by 11.

If you leave at 5, you'll be in East LA by 8, probably 9.

Just add two hours for rush hour traffic.

    Lepton1 Thanks this.

    wait a second...Your confusing us-

You said you were looking for the best route to frisco-

Is east L:A your 2nd drop? Or did you load something near Frisco going down?

Yeah, it's really that bad. In my opinion, LA is my #1 for worst traffic in the country. It took me 3 hours to drive 41 miles there once. I would leave around 0500 if I was you.

That is confusing, how you stated it.
Are you heading in to or out of LA?
    And where are you going?

If you are east of LA (maybe the TA in Ontario?) headed to San Francisco ('frisco' - really?) you will be stopped dead in traffic unless you leave VERY early. 0400 would be a good point to begin driving.

If you are headed south to the San Diego area you should not get that much traffic until you get there.
