well i didn't choose to be one, i was asked! that's why im wondering!

 

Don't do it. You'll be cleaning up docks, painting them and talking to people who won't listen.

What is typical time between roadtest and job offer ? A few days or more like weeks

 

After completion of PT,RT, and Dot physical it's a few weeks or so

 

average total time from applying to start. 3 months

 

Does orientation start on the first Monday of a new pay period? And if so are the pay periods the same throughout the country? FYI just waiting to here back from the drug test that I took on Friday 9/15. I did the interviews and road test on 9/6 and DOT physical afterwards that day, but they never gave me the paper work for a drug screening that day. Then on the 14th they called me and wanted me to do a drug screening asap. They informed me they forgot to put that in for me to do on the 6th when I did everything else. I guess it's 5-7 days to here back from drug screening. They said everything else looks good and when they get the negative report back they will call me to set up orientation.

 

Yes first Monday of the pay period. And pay period is every two weeks
