One more thing, try to get dedicated. Your in Florida, they have a CAT account down there, and those guys pull in some decent loot after a while. Met a lady that was here for 5 years, she was pulling 1285$ a week and home once a week. Not bad.

Oh nice. I'm going to call my recruiter Monday. I just want to buy new prescription glasses, obtain my permit, and pay my utilities out of my income before heading out. Would also have to give my two weeks at my job.

I think I'll enjoy CRST for what it offers. Message me some info. Maybe I can get you a referral bonus?

I did ok with CRST as far as running miles. You have to stay on top of them though. You and your co driver have to take it serious, aND if your Co driver doesn't you need to replace them. I went through 5 with my time there. My problem with them as now that I have completed my contract and moved on they are still trying to bill me for anything they think I will pay. .. Yep that's right I played their game by their rules on their terms and still they are trying to charge me.

    John Dewart Thanks this.

Yea man I just left yesterday. I made decent money, not a bad haul for my first year. Your exactly right as soon as you or your co gets a little slow, they cut your miles to #### and you lose a lot of money. I didn't rack up any bills and I didn't take a single advance the whole time I was there, I had them paid off in a couple months.

    I did the math. 7500 miles @ .26 com = $ 7,500.00. Not bad for a months work.

    John Dewart,
Stop listening to the steering wheel holders and air Horne pullers.

Your in this to make money, your making money. Why move on to another company and have to start over.

If CRST is as bad as others make it sound, how come they have so many tractors and trailers, so many drivers and a building full of Corporate people?

You have proven that most of the people who say CRST is bad are wrong.

I'm typing this at the riverside terminal i was here for 3 weeks did all my training and passed my physical and background and "today" im suppost to get my license and they kicked me out! They showed no sempathey at all!!! Got kicked out for a ticket that i already disclosed to them and they cleared before i came here, And they still think they are going to charge me 6700 bucks for the school. I think im going to have to hire a lawyer to get them to not charge me. long story short go to swift! Super crowded 3 people to a ####ty room, and the food they provide is not filling at all they give you cereal in the morning and same lunch everyday ham sandwich and a small bag of chips no drink. Pretty good food at the cafateria but you have to pay for it. They do not provide dinner. Also they start you off with .25 cents a mile and take out 90 bucks a check for physical and room and board fees. Thats 6 weeks long. The only thing i got out of this place is i meet a cool group of people.

I would definitely take them to court especially if you can show you they knew about the ticket beforehand.
If you filled out a online app go back into the system and print it out so you can show you were up front about the ticket.

Sorry this happened to you but most of these megas are like this. Want my advice? Go with Werner for 6 months to a year....quit and go with a local driver temp company... get better pay and a broad range of jobs to find out what you like best. Most you will find are temp to hire.

Lol I had exact same thing happen, except my school was 1500, and I don't believe in anything, but someone was watching over me and made sure i didn't end up in that #### hole.
