Like spyder said either you bring your own or you rent theirs. I rent their trailer & they take care of the tag, insurance, & maintenance. Plus they pay for one trailer wash a month.Highway Sailor and slow.rider Thank this.

Lotta d/h?
-
Depends on you. I dh more than I did at Schneider but my total rate is the same or higher. But I'll dh 1000 miles if the load is good enough for me. Dh doesn't bug me.slow.rider Thanks this.
-
yeah I can see how that'd make for a halfway decent day. Especially if that 750 is after fuel. Interstate did have some fatties to be found sometimes. But I just like me some shorties too.
-
Don't get me wrong. I like dh. Nothing worse on a 10 mile load than realizing you gotta bump the dock at both ends. Lol.
-
Lol. That I wouldn't know. I don't run 10 mile loads. Lol. But I do love bumping docks. I hate drop & hook.
-
For 3 loads it better be after fuel lunch dinner and a trip to bar. Anything less is simply unacceptable.
-
Would you hate bumping the dock if you were getting a real rate instead of some insulting low figure like 250$? Those short loads are paying for your time, not the miles.
-
Good. No need to pay for the miles anyway since there's hardly any miles to pay for. Less miles is less maintenance and less repairs, and therefore higher profit margin.
