That video hit safety shortly after it was posted and for the first time I've seen it happen here (and the only time so far) a message went out to the drivers system wide about it, so I'm pretty sure that was the end of that drivers job right there and then.
We get some idiots just like everyone else but you will find for the most part we have a majority of old fashioned drivers that still try to hold on to the values that matter and drive accordingly. All in all i have seen some of the most content drivers here more than anywhere I have worked as well.
The l/p program works and you make decent money and everyone that shows they want to work gets killer miles for the most part and they run allot of customers they have had contracts with for years so they know generally how long your going to be sitting at most customers and plan your week accordingly which allows them to keep those miles high.
You can sit on the sidelines and knock them all you want, but I haven't run across a company yet that has it together as well as this one. And everyone in that office is either a driver or a drivers spouse including the dispatchers so if you have a problem, they've been there and know how to work it out. That also means that if you give them a line of crap and think your going to pull the wool over their eyes, you better think again. They are not perfect and no company is, I'm just saying they are as close as I have found. Just the fact that I can walk into any office in that building and strike up a conversation means a ton to me. If a door is closed it means they are on an important call or in a meeting but as soon as its over that door is open to anyone. Ave the owners listen to the drivers as any driver that has talked to them will tell you and they are in the middle of a project right now that proves that point.

 

Heck, Conway has three. CFI, Conway and xpo.
