    I do not know legal residency requirements for maintaining CDLs. Others might.

    A lot of larger companies don't care where you live.

    If the IRS asks why you don't take home time in your home state, tell them to #### off, as long as you DO maintain a legal address there.

    A&A Express in Brandon,South Dakota has a pretty good reputation. They sometimes hire a new cdl grad.
    The IRS couldn't care less about where a person spends hometime.
    Your husband will need to switch his cdl to South Dakota.
    I still haven't switched my Tennessee license to Nevada because I've been lazy.
