I am not a luddite yet. But live streaming means capturing a dash cam or even a body cam to a home server or remote site that is protected from loss. It's an opportunity.

I agree, live streaming has great potential. Imagine in impoverished neighborhoods where the cops are notorious for abusing the public, everyone down there has a live streaming camera all of a sudden police abuse would stop.

    not necessarily.

there have been a quite a number of police shootings recorded live. when the cop goes to trial, he is acquitted by a jury of his peers because he was "in fear for his life." just having proof isn't enough. they have to be convicted as well.

remember the five thugs who attacked the truck driver during the rodney king riots? they were televised live throwing bricks at his head as he lay on the ground. then they were acquitted and went on the talk show circuit.

There is one moron on there that grunts and you can barely understand him. Got fired feom Swift for pissing in public. These are the morons people watch? Smdh.

I don't know about anybody else, but I was sitting at home in front of the computer. He can be whoever he wants, as long as he's not endangering anyone else.

Kind of painting with a broad brush, aren't we? That's what's great about YouTube: nobody has to watch anyone they don't want to. As for me, it's cheap entertainment, and every once in awhile you learn something. And just because I have a few videos on there, doesn't mean I don't know how to drive. 24 years to back me up.
