    The camera truck sees that he has started turning and he still keeps rolling to make his turn. If he had stopped,the other truck may have missed him. There doesn't appear to be a double turn lane but the camera truck had the opportunity to stop.

    Two things, first he didn't "ride out" the lane then he didn't check his mirrors while turning. looks like it was intentional

    This is right beside the CN Brampton Intermodal yard. Our yard is about 5 mins southwest from there. Truck traffic is always a cluster around that area.
