Seatbelt red light

It is what I call the 'redneck' fix lol

 

While I've never had a class 8 truck with that annoying seatbelt light and ding ding buzzer i have had a few 4 where's with it and in the owners manual it described how to disable it.

 

Had this same issue, light and chime on but chime quits once belt is fastened. Light stays on... did EE reset on dash... it took light away... thnx good sir...
