Be glad he’s not wearing a wife beater, sweatpants and flip flops and hovering over the buffet shedding armpit hair.

Good deal. Worse thing ever is to see a girl with a mouth full of rotten teeth all because of the kid.

    Luck in birthing.

Once that thing starts exercising it's muscles and your hormones as stated by the other poster take hold, you are fixing to be a mom. Not a professional driver. Your nights will be very difficult in that sleeper berth when that baby starts exercising it's new muscles and nerves. (It has to... )

Gypsum is a nice workaround, straps etc. However being two months ahead, plan on being told to come off the road fairly soon. There is also materny leave that should protect you and the baby without losing your job.

I hope that daddy sticks around to raise the kid with you, trucking is no place to raise a child as you already know. (Bad habit of mine, stating obvious...)

none of us are doctors, or midwifes. we don't know how long you can stay doing your job.

best to see your doctor, and let him (or) her inform you. flatbedding is tough work, your doctor may put you out of work till birth and some time beyond. if possible, try to remain firm regarding the loads you take. your company will not want to be sued if something goes wrong. which if i were you be as safe as possible, and should you get hurt, tell them right away, and seek legal advice, if you go onto workman's comp.

i am somewhat surprised, your employer hasn't sidelined you with an office job for the time being.

best of luck to you and the kid.

Unsecured loads are a major violation under CSA
