They did it with elds.

Eld is far from different than a handgun. I have seen plenty of drivers I would not want having a gun in a truck I owned. That said, if they made a law that the companies were not responsible for an employee killing someone then I would be for it. I dont like government forcing anything on private companies good or bad
-
No me either. At the end of the day if you want to carry a gun go ahead. Just don’t tell anyone, if you actually do have to use it one day whatever. You’re alive and and out of a job. Big deal, you’ll find another driving a truck tomorrow.

Those border patrol and weigh station scanners can 'see' your firearm and any extra warm bodies hidden in your trailer.

I never said break the law. That’s up to you... I said break company policy.

I fully agree 120%!!! You have to stay up on your knowledge, keep the info and mind up to par, things always change cause change is constant!!!
-
Yep, they can with the 3 different scanners they have!!!

What's the difference between concealed carry, open carry, and being in a locked box under the bunk? Or, call it my PMV and it's in the toolbox in the box of the truck.
Don't bring the individual state law into this or nitpick it to death, please. Concealed carry, holster on my hip under my shirt, open carry, sitting on my dash, locked box under the bunk is pretty obvious. Trigger lock in/out, mag in/out throw any variables in?
Just looking for a general idea of the differences. Thanks -
They’ve never said anything to me about it and I roll through those checkpoints quite often.DSK333 Thanks this.
