Lol millis was a joke.... after that incident with the porno-watching driver killing someone they took away everyone’s health insurance and started screwing drivers on bonuses.... then started pushing to run more illegally on hours and load weights. It amazes me how some companies just don’t learn.

Stay far away from Florilla they screw ya over my man worked there about 2 weeks, they say they pay for hotel to go to orientation and they take it out of pay. they cut ya card off on pay day if not under load then get a load you must then be 200 miles to get card turned on just to get ya money you worked for. miles are mostly small hops then want ya to deliver when ya hours run out. bad bad place. My man lefted there they still owed him money 300.00$ they said they keep it cause he went out of rt. it was 75 miles to truck stop to scale...

When I was there I was the only one in orientation that read every word before signing. It said back then if you quit or get fired before your probation period they make you pay for hotel room and DOT physical. Plus if you took the $250 sign on bonus before probation period was up they took that back too. This was 6 years ago. Left to go local in 2016. Things change I know. Just telling you

I would like to introduce the world to some of the characters and shenanigans that went on behind the scenes.
"CPT OWI": dispatcher who spent a decent amount of time in jail after being arrested for his 4th OWI (drunk driving) when he tried to beat a breathalyzer by eating a roll of toilet paper in front of the cops.
CPT OWI then proceeded to tell a driver who had run out of hours to "go to paper and we will fix it later". I told the driver to park the truck, we are not playing games like that.
Curt Thayer, head of safety who as it turns out has never had a CDL a day in his life. Actually, only two of us in the office actually had a CDL, myself and the owner Murray Fitzer who had his downgraded due to a physical.
Drivers were constantly shorted pay and when they quit, the final pay check was illegally held back. The state of Texas ruled against Florilli several times about this. The prevailing attitude of Curt and Murray was that drivers are too stupid to know better so who cares.
Maintenance? No such thing. There are two heads of maintenance, but no mechanics on the payroll. All work is done at the dealership, and the dealership even thinks Florilli is a joke.Lonesome Thanks this. -

I publicly apologize to every driver that I put through orientation. I should have chased you off for your own good!
