2010 Prostar fuse panel locations?

Got a friend on his way here in the next day or two having an issue with the buttons on the steering wheel (horn, cruise, jake, etc...) not working. I guess he just had some work done, and when he got the truck back and hit the road, this stuff wasn't working. Shop told him to check the fuses, but he's not sure where to look. Too #### cold outside for me to be on some scavenger hunt in somebody else's truck looking...any ideas? I haven't set foot in an International since the 4700 and 4900 series trucks we had in my wrecker days, and that was quite a while ago.

 

Sounds easy enough. Hopefully it's a quick & easy fix.

 

That's what he was saying is that they looked like all circuit breakers. Worst case we start pulling them to test and putting them back in if they're working and swapping them out if they aren't.

 

I'll have to ask what was done to see if that's a possibility. Where is that spring located? Guessing it's something the wheel needs to be pulled and column disassembled to get at? If so, it won't be fixed here...he can take it back to the shop that did the work.
