I never said a sticker makes it compliant. If you put a sticker on that truck you #### well better be conpliant unless you've got money to burn.

 

I think it's funny the one wants to raise HOS to 16 hours. Why do we need to work longer? 70s enough

 

Changing the 14 to 16 doesn't affect how hours you can work just the window that work in. I personally think there shouldn't be a window, just have 11 hours you can drive each day how ever you see fit to drive them.

 

God I don't even like working 14. Really anymore when my lunch pale is empty its time to head for the house. 6,8,10hours. lol I will work 14 but its gonna cost someone.

 

You should be able to actually work 14 hours total. You should be able to drive 14 if you needed to or drive 13 and unload/fuel/etc for 1 hr.

 

No kidding. The eld crowd paints anyone that's against them as a red eyed madman. The vast VAST majority are guys that don't feel like sleeping in the truck after driving 8 hours because they got stuck at i dock for a while. I rarely drive more than 8 hours a day. But then I'm not paid by the mile so I like to make my money more easily.
